How is the spacing divided?
A tiny house consists of a bedroom with a double bed, living space and kitchen, and a bathroom, upstairs is a loft with a double mattrass.
Furnishing
The tiny house is fully equipped to ensure you a comfortable stay, split system airconditioner, bedlinen, towels, corner seat, android tv, free wifi, stools and an extra table.
Kitchen
All necessary kitchenware, cutlery, china, pot and pans are available. Ceramic hotplate, electric oven, two-door fridge and a washing machine.
Bathroom
Toilet, washbasin, walk-in shower, hot water boiler
Loft
Reached by stairs in the living space, double mattrass, both sides windows
Outside
Each tiny house has its own free parking space, dining and lounging area and a barbecue, fire pit and wood is also available
Pool
The pool is not heated, open 09:00 to 20:00 from 1 st of April till end October, surrounded by various sitting areas
Reception
In the reception you can fill up your drinking water bottles and a library with books in 3 languages, dried herbs and spices are for sale
Garden
5000 m2 completely fenced, with a multitude of trees, bushes, herbs and spices
Vicinity
The village centre is a ten minute walk, markets, bakery, butcher, pharmacy all available. A choice of restaurants and eateries in Çeşmealtı, and more in Urla Iskele (4 km)
Beach and Sea
Sea is at ten minute walking distance, beach clubs and public beach reachable by car or public transport, hills and forest nearby for walking fans
Culture and activity
Art Street and flee market in Urla, Old town centre, Shopping Mall, Arkas Museum, Olive Museum, Sea Archeology museum, Wineries and Vineyards, Surf and Sail School.
Transportation
Izmir airport (Adnan Menderes) is a 50 minute drive by car, or from the airport Havaş bus service to Urla, from there by city bus or private bus to Çeşmealtı. Bus stop is walking distance to Defneland.
General rules
Our price is inclusive of cleaning, taxes, electricity and water, guests are requested to leave the house in the condition they arrived at, tidy, clean dishes etc.
Check-in 3 pm till 10 pm, check-out 8 – 11 am.
